Feeding the animals and ensuring that they receive the highest standard of care costs over £100,000 per year. Admission fees account for less than half of this sum so we are heavily dependant on the generosity of our visitors.

We also fund many overseas conservation projects, anti poaching patrols and local education programs in the field with most of the species we keep at our centre, feel free to give your support to any of these projects, please feel free to ask for more information about them. You may be able to help and make a difference to these programs.

We are always looking for volunteers, whether you are a keen gardener, shit shoveler or enjoy talking to children about conservation issues, please feel free to get in touch as we can always use the help.
