Future Plans

After opening its doors to the general public in spring 2007 after extensive renovations to the previous incarnation. RSCC will continue to renovate and update all of it’s facilities to a high standard throughout 2007.

Currently under development is a new section within our indoor forest area which will contain species from the Forests of Papua New Guinea and also an impressive collection of rare tree ferns from Australasia.

We also have plans to enlarge the existing site with the purchase of 5 acres of land to the rear of our existing site, this will enable us to diversify the species we keep to include more animals from:
